Faith Oppose to Fear

Faith makes all things possible. Having an inner certainty that there is something actually behind the events in our own lives which takes pressure off of us, depending whatever you believe. My belief is in the Heavenly Father my Lord and Savior which I confine in. When we learn to live by faith and not let fear rule our life, we can live a fulfilling, satisfying peaceful and joyful life. Don’t let fear rule you and allow frustration stop you from doing what you’re meant to. Fear begins with a thought then creates emotions that can rule us. Life sometimes causes us to become impacted by choices, whether right or wrong. Do not allow the consequences you feel may occur stop you from doing something. Instead handle it with an expectancy of a faith it will end positive, while the answers are not prevalent.

There were times I felted stressed and didn’t know where to turn. My schedule seemed so hectic and I didn’t have any time to do the things I truly wanted to do. All my family and friends were asking so much of me and when I went to work it was worse. As women we naturally put ourselves aside and tend to others, not realizing this can lead to anxiety, pain. Yes, I began to feel much pain inside although I knew what was my problem I was feared to be judged as weak and decide to hold it all in. This led to me continually pushing myself beyond normal endurance and having a major break down. We must have the courage to love ourselves first and set boundaries even if it may disappoint another. Don’t base your own worthiness on someone else’s approval. I had to learn this as well as having faith and let God into my life to help me heal.

Take time to go to a quite space during the day and just breathe. You will hear a voice talking to you which may be your instincts, God, or whatever you may believe in and it will be precisely for you to follow. In order to grow you have to be still at some point and not worry about fear or what may cross your mind. Just do it. This tactic helped me get to a more peaceful place in my life making my faith stronger. Some things occur in your life that may not make sense now. After time, looking back, you can say that was meant to be. Open your mind to new possibilities and begin to see yourself being great and having things you want without any concern on how they’ll come about. Today, I feel more at ease because my “Faith” has grew substantially and has taken the place of my fear.

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. – Wayne Dyer
