Affordable Housing Program

Our Affordable Housing Program is designed for individuals who are not eligible for SSA or VA assistance but are in need of stable housing.

This program serves households experiencing homelessness, those needing housing assistance to prevent homelessness, individuals fleeing domestic violence or sexual assault, and households at risk of homelessness.

Supported through grants, the program provides room and board to eligible participants.

It does not cover medical care or mental health services. Individuals are responsible for paying out-of-pocket for these services. Imani will assist participants in seeking additional resources and connecting them with funding programs that may help. If funding options are unavailable, individuals may need to secure employment, and Imani will support this process by providing bus passes to get to work and assisting with job searches.

To remain in the program, participants must adhere to specific requirements, including maintaining a drug-free environment.
